1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Dreem Relocation Inc., a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States ("we", "us"), processes personal data in connection with the dreemWork platform and website (the "Service"). For case documents uploaded by our customers we generally act as a processor on the customer's instructions; for account and website data we act as a controller.
2. Data we process
Account data: name, business email, role, organization, billing details. Usage data: log and device information needed to operate and secure the Service. Customer Content: documents and case information submitted by customers, which may contain personal data of their clients and third parties.
3. How we use data
To provide and secure the Service, including AI-assisted analysis of documents that customers submit; to manage accounts and billing; to communicate about the Service; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use Customer Content to train generalized AI models without explicit consent.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We share data with service providers that host and support the Service, such as cloud infrastructure and AI model providers, under contracts that restrict their use of the data. Data may be shared where required by law. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
6. Connected services
If you connect third-party services such as Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Notion or a CRM, we access only the data needed to provide the integration you enabled, under the permissions you grant, and you can revoke access at any time in that service.
7. Retention
Account data is kept for the life of the account and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Customer Content is retained while the subscription is active and deleted or returned after termination, subject to a reasonable export window.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role and scoped per case and team. We maintain technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of immigration case data.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Requests can be sent to the contact below; where we act as a processor we will refer the request to the responsible customer.
10. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred across borders, we use recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
