Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the dreemWork platform, website and related services (the "Service") provided by Dreem Relocation Inc., also doing business as Dreem, a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, at 919 North Market Street, Suite 950, Wilmington, DE 19801 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

2. The Service

dreemWork is a software workspace that helps immigration professionals organize case evidence, analyze documents, draft petition materials and manage their caseload. The Service assists with document preparation; final review, legal judgment and filing decisions always remain with the customer.

3. Not a law firm

dreemWork is a software platform, not a law firm. The Service does not provide legal advice, legal opinions or legal representation, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using it. Output generated by the Service, including AI-generated drafts, reasoning and confidence scores, is provided for the professional review of qualified users and must be independently verified before any filing.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Accounts are for business use by professionals and organizations.

5. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis at the prices published on our website or agreed in an order form. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions only with your explicit action. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice effective from the next billing period.

6. Customer content

You retain all rights to the documents and data you or your clients submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Content solely to provide the Service. We do not use Customer Content to train generalized AI models without your explicit consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: submitting content you have no right to process; attempting to breach security or access other customers' data; using the Service to mislead government agencies or to prepare fraudulent submissions; reselling the Service without authorization.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design and documentation, is owned by Dreem Relocation Inc. and its licensors. These Terms grant no rights to our trademarks or technology beyond the right to use the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreem Relocation Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination we will make Customer Content available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice; continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
